Applications to become a member of the Strathearn Artspace SCIO are an indication of consent to relevant personal information being held securely in accordance with the constitution of Strathearn Artspace SCIO SC044319 and the conduct of its business. There is also a legal obligation for relevant information to be held securely during active membership of the SCIO. Membership may cease upon request by the individual or the membership criteria no longer being applicable.
When bookings or engagements are entered into, additional relevant information may be collected in order to conduct our services and business operations. Completion of a booking form or contract indicates consent to the Strathearn Artspace holding this information securely and using it solely for the purpose of the provision of that service or fulfilment of the contractual obligations.
